If you wish to exchange an item purchased from Us, please send Us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and We will issue a Returns Form for you to print and return with your item. The item/s will then be assessed by Us as every item needs to be in original condition with all tags left on and in its original packaging. Returned items must not be used, marked or dirty. If an item has been worn or damaged, including being visibly marked or dirty, washed or altered, We are entitled to send the item back to you at your cost without issuing any exchange or credit to you.
If an item is assessed and it is faulty as at the time you received it, We will repair it. If it is beyond repair, We will Replace it. If it cannot be replaced, We will issue you with a refund. This policy does not cover fair wear and tear or intentional or accidental damage caused by you.
If you wish to exchange an item because you change your mind, you must send the item to us at your cost and you must ensure that the item is not faulty. Additional shipping costs will have to be paid by you before We will ship the exchange item if the exchange is based on change of mind. If an item is assessed by Us as faulty, We will reimburse the shipping costs and you will not be charged for replacement shipping. If you live in close vicinity to Our physical store, being Regallo Kirrawee, 141A Oak Road, Kirrawee NSW 2232, you are welcome to exchange your item in-store where We will assess the item as per the procedures above.
All exchanges must be finalised within 14 days of you receiving your order by either notifying us by phone or email. We will not take responsibility for any exchanges after this period of time.
Gift vouchers can be purchased online in the denomination of $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $60, $70, $80, $100, $150 and $250. Please keep your voucher in a safe place as lost vouchers will not be replaced. The expiry of a Gift Voucher is 3 years.
All Sale items are final. We will not accept exchanges or returns if you change your mind.
We do not accept exchanges on earrings for sanitary reasons. If your earrings are faulty, the exchange policy above applies.
We are not responsible if you misuse or incorrectly burn the candles We sell. Each candle is accompanied by strict burning and care instructions and any faults will be directed to the individual candle supplier upon your notification of any problems that may occur. The candle supplier will assess any alleged faults and their decision is final.
We offer 6 months’ warranty on watches.
We offer 3 months’ warranty on costume jewellery.
We offer 3 months’ warranty on vinyl and leather bags. A refund will be issued if these bags are deemed faulty.
Our store is closed after Christmas from 25 December to the second week of January (inclusive) each year for Our annual holidays. The Regallo Kirrawee store will be closed as well and all orders and exchanges will be on hold. Christmas exchanges with proof of purchase can either be made instore or you may contact Us with the online exchange policy details above. Christmas exchanges are valid to orders placed from 1 December onwards only and any item purchased by you before that date is not eligible for exchange beyond the normal period. Christmas exchanges are valid until 31 January. This is strictly applied unless you send an email to email@example.com stating the special circumstances that apply for Us to consider a further period of time for exchange. All decisions made by Us in this respect are final and subject to Our absolute discretion.
Purchases can be made online in this holiday period and will be processed on the first day of trading after Our Christmas break.
The laws of New South Wales, Australia apply to all purchases made on this website or in-store and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales to resolve any disputes that may arise pursuant to these Terms.
